If your package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for eligible locations
  • Please ensure availability to accept the order at the time of delivery
  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of this service
